No need to have read the book this time — we will be doing a few readings from the book at the event, as well as browsing the gallery show of local stories and art, talking with the curator, Phoenix Mayet, and having a discussion on ending the stigma of abortion.
Price: $7 members, $10 advance, $12 day of

More about the Feminist Book Club
Feminist Oasis’ Feminist Book Club will hold bi-monthly meetings in various locations across New Hampshire’s Seacoast region. Each book selection will be paired with “secondary materials” — essentially anything that will make the book’s purpose clear for those who are unable to complete it prior to attending a meeting (life doesn’t always make finishing a book a simple task; trust us, we get it). Book selections will be broken into the following categories:
- Contemporary Feminist Theory
- Feminist Classics
- Fiction by WOC (Women of Color)
Feminist Oasis organizes to cultivate feminist community and explore feminist values in action.
All are welcome to all of our events — this includes all genders!
